All-China Women's Federation's "Family Happiness and Well-being Project" Knowledge Bookbag Selected for 100 Witnesses of the New Era List

China Women's News Recently, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, the Central Radio and Television Administration of China, and the Central Internet Information Office announced a list of 100 witnesses of the new era, and the "Family Happiness and Well-Being Project" knowledge bookbag declared by the All-China Women's Federation was selected.

The "Family Happiness and Well-being Project" knowledge bookbag project was launched in 2019, aiming at assisting localities to carry out various forms of family education and family culture through the integration of knowledge products in the form of "paper books + e-books + audiobooks + video courses + on-line and off-line activities" and other services. The project has assisted localities in carrying out various forms of family reading activities on the theme of family education and family culture, promoting the inheritance of good family styles, popularising scientific knowledge on family education, forming a good atmosphere of parent-child reading in the majority of families, and helping socialist core values to take root in the family. The project has so far formed a matrix of products in the field of family education and family culture, including 14 kinds of paper books, 12 kinds of e-books, 38 kinds of audiobooks, and 81 sections (a total of 2,400 minutes) of expert video lessons, and a total of 70,000 sets of book packs (660,000 books) have been distributed to 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in the form of public welfare gifts, directly covering 70,000 families.

It is understood that, in order to thoroughly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of revolutionary cultural relics, comprehensively implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party, play a good revolutionary cultural relics in the study and implementation of Xi Jinping's socialist ideology of a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the theme of the unique role in the education of the Party's story, tell the story of the Party, the story of the New Era, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, the Central Radio and Television Administration of China, the Central Office of the Internet Information Office to jointly conduct the "Witnessing the New Era" theme activity. After the recommendation of the relevant units of the Central Government, the military and provincial cultural relics administrative departments and the evaluation of experts, a list of 100 witnesses to the new era was determined and published.
